The desire to learn

I have been mentoring a young girl, since the start of the year, who has struggled to develop a positive attitude towards her learning. Today we had a follow up session on personality profiles. The previous session we had gone through her own results and I had encouraged her to take a copy of the assessment away to go through with her mum. Not only did this girl go through the assessment with her mum, but her sister also. She brought all information I gave her back and was excited to share what she had learned about her family. What excited me most was that this was the first time I've really seen a positive attitude and desire to learn more about herself.
