Pakuranga College Community Youth Worker

Token is a former student of Pakuranga College and has immigrated from the Philipines with his Family. Token has been a youth group leader at Howick Presbyterian Church for several years and has shown exceptional talent in leading young male students. Along with a great pastoral ability Thomas has great strengths to lend in the arts, dance, music and the fine arts. Token is currently working towards a Batchelor of Social Work at Auckland University

Pakuranga College Youth Work Volunteer

 
Matt began volunteering in Pakuranga College with Younglife in 2002.  Currently  Matt is the General Manager of the Young Life New Zeland Trust and is also the Area Manager over the Pakuranga College Youth Work Team, which includes paid and volunteer youth workers. Matt is passionate about seeing more caring adults taking on vital roles in young peoples lives as friends mentors and coaches. He loves the outdoors and enjoys giving others the opportunity to experience the beauty and adventure of exploring our country. Matt is married to Stephanie who was an English teacher at Pakuranga College but now is at home writing books. Both Matt and Stephanie's favourite role is looking after their daughters Hannah and Lila.
